The contestants compete individually in challenges, followed by an elimination round. This season's challenges would see the contestants compete in some insane and sometimes-gross endurance challenges, not limited to being put into a coffin full of worms, eating a bug-filled pizza, etc. The two winners would elect one person each who would partake in another fearful challenge with the person staying being granted immunity for the next round.
The Ultima this season is, once again, the power of nullification. However, it must be used before those in power nominate who they want to be in the duels.
During this, Adelina and Romina discuss redemption for themselves after the last Endurance season where the two quit. Adelina can't believe it's been four years since the first one.
Gina, Hugo, Vanessa and Brayden all recognize Amirah Burke. Gina says that what she did to Isla (Sumner) was horrible. Vanessa feels like what Amirah and Keith did will prevent another bisexual season like that. The others agree. Hugo says that, hopefully, her and Keith can find happiness but it wasn't the time or place.
In the backyard, Evelyn talks to Amirah about what happened on Isla's season. Amirah says that it didn't work out with Keith so it is what it is. If people have a problem with her, she doesn't care.
In the kitchen, Brayden talks to Amancio, Laurin and Natalia about who Amirah Burke is--how she chose to leave with somebody else in the cast as opposed to the first openly bisexual bachelorette. He says that it sets a precedent that, if other seasons have male and female contestants, they will leave with each-other and not with the bachelor/ette and that is dangerous. Plus, her and Keith broke up like a month before they all got here anyway.
Vanessa notices how stressed Brayden is. Brayden states that he is bisexual so he feels like what she did is bad for representation in the future for a show like The Eligible. Vanessa tries to calm him down and tells him to just ignore her.
CHALLENGE HAPPENS!:
Amancio and Natalia win! Romina manages to snag Immunity.
Brayden asks to speak with Amirah in private. He says that he recognizes her from The Eligible and says how historic a season like that was. Amirah says that it was nothing important. Brayden is taken aback. Amirah admits that she pretended to be into women to get on the show. She just wanted to see how far she'd get. Brayden is shocked. Amirah says that people are making such a big deal over nothing. Plus, her and Keith didn't work out so it's whatever. Brayden flat out screams at her and says that what she did was horrible. Others (Alicia, Evelyn, Gina, Hugo, Marie, Rino, Santiago, Sienna) come out as Brayden tells them that Amirah faked being into women to get onto Isla's season. Amirah stands up and yells at Brayden that he is just jealous that she was on the show and he wasn't. Brayden says that he doesn't need to--he got married last year! Amirah says that her leaving with Keith got her on THIS show so it worked out for her. Brayden, Evenlyn and Sienna all call her selfish. The others are just as disgusted.
DUEL NOMINEES:
The two nominate Amirah and Sonia for the duel. The two hope that Sonia will eliminate Amirah.

Amirah is very, very upset that she had to do the duel and felt like it was unjustified for her to be in the duel to begin with.
Gina, Hugo and Marie, in one of the bedrooms, make an alliance to never go after each-other. They call themselves "The Crumb Coats".

The two nominate Amirah and Alicia for the duel. The two hope that Alicia will eliminate Amirah.

The two nominate Rodrigo Marie and Rudy for the duel. Marie is nominated as they are worried that her baking knowledge will help her in future competitions. Rudy is nominated due to being a wildcard. Rodrigo was, originally, a target due to him being good at the competitions, landing in the Top 4.

Rolando Yepes welcomes everybody to the Final 14.
Gina and Rylianne catch onto The Belltower and manage to overhear one of their meetings (where the three of them admit to wanting to recruit a couple more people into the alliance and have the five of them head to the end). Rylianne enters the room, admits that her and Gina overheard everything, and ask to join the alliance.
CHALLENGE HAPPENS!:
Laurin and Rylianne win! Dimas and Cinto almost won and The Belltower knew that the two of them, alongside Amancio, Hugo, and Natalia, want Brayden out.
DUEL NOMINEES:
The two of them nominate Hugo and Natalia, not realizing the two were in an alliance with others.
