Jaroslav II (Jaroslav Arthur James; born 30 April 1970) is the King of Kyievska Rus as a constitutional monarch. The King is head of state, and its powers are established in the Constitution of Kyievska Rus, establishing that the King has unlimited power in the nation, however, he has rarely used it and prefers to opt to leave most of the powers to democratic bodies, especially to the President of Kyievska Rus and the Supreme Parliament. The King is the representative of Kyievska Rus abroad, attending any official meeting with other international leaders usually together with the President.

Jaroslav was born in Kyiv, Region of Ukraine, as the first child of the King Oleksandr IV and Agnes Frey (later called Agnes Rurik). He was educated at the Domy school in Kyiv, learning 13 languages (Belarusian, Baltic, Crimean Tatar, Czech, Morol, Trigedasleng, Vulkina, Polish, Russian, Icelandic, Ukrainian, Spanish and English). In 1988 he entered the University of Berlin where he studied law and then obtained a master's degree from Kyiv University in international law. In addition, he received 3 honorary doctorates from Harvard University. Although he studied law, his career was mainly focused on the military where he achieved the rank of colonel in 2000. In 2005 he married Andrea of Tlinden with whom he has had three children. Princess Bozena of Trikruw was born in 2006, although she died 5 months later due to cardiorespiratory arrest due to her asthmatic condition. Her second child and current heir to the throne, Prince Daniel of Azgedal was born on February 2, 2008 in Polis when, at the time, ¨Prince Jaroslav, Duke of Bohemia and Moravia, was on official business. His third child, Prince Volodymir, Duke of Lombard, was born on January 9, 2012 in the St. Petersburg maternity hospital.

He assumed power in Kyievska Rus' power on September 25, 2012 after Oleksandr IV died on June 15, 2012 following a stroke. The coronation took place at Saint Sophia Cathedral in Kyiv and was attended by 2 million people and seen by 300 million people around the world. Andrea of Tlinden was crowned Queen consort. His first official trip was with the Queen, Prince Daniel and President Ragnar in 2014 to the United States and then to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland where he met Queen Elizabeth II. For his 50th birthday in 2020, he invited 3,000 guests to the Oslo Royal Palace in the Trikruw region, where guests included Queen Elizabeth II, the King of Luxembourg, Andres I of Luxembourg, the princes of Ispania and various actors, among others.
