The Government of the Republic of Mádoba and Cuellòn is the national government of Mádoba-Cuellòn. It has three branches: executive, legislative and judicial.

The executive branch is headed by the President of Mádoba-Cuellòn, who is the head of state and government, elected alongside the Vice President in a direct election by Mádoban and Cuellònian citizens.

The National Assembly is the national legislature, consisting of the Senate, House of Representatives and the Cuellònian Assembly.

Judicial power is exercised by the Supreme Court, regional and other smaller courts.
