The Leviathan State of Tooele is State of the Leviathan Federation. and not a fully independant Nation. Tooele is home to 10,000,000 people of verious species. but prodominatly human. Tooele was founded in 1611 R.A. (2301 A.D.) they arrived on a Colonyship but unfortunatly doto a engine Malfunction they didn't arrive at the right solar system. but the state is still established.
