Celim is a Nelbec clear distilled alcoholic beverage. Different varieties originate from Seketan, Alquiya, and Lormotia. Traditionally it is made from distilling liquids from Nelborne potatoes and grain, with {wp|Alcohol by volume|alcoholic content}} averaging between 30% to 50%. In the Nelbec languages, celim is synonymous with local varieties of vodka and other spirit drinks.
