It remains the most numerous tank possessed by the Elatian government with more than 10,000 in storage, although none are currently in service with the standing army. Rather, they have all been mothballed to equip 'shell' brigades upon mobilisation. The modern V-67M2 variant is up-armoured with a 'brow' type applique module towards the front of the turret and ERA bricks at the rear. It also features a laser range finder as well as compatibility with the Bastion missile.
