Enoch Rotail, 4th Earl of Brumley, was a Frankenlischian nobleman and army officer who served as the first Commander-in-Chief of Frankenlischian forces in the Mount Zeon War of Independence. Prior to this he had also served in King Malcom's War and at the end of his life he commanded Frankenlischian armies during their war with the Kingdom of Vionna. In this capacity he was killed at the Battle of Archmouth in 1791. Outside of his military career, he also held several civil appointments during his life, including Governor-General of Valksland, and the Frankenlischian Minister to Marienberg.
The son of high aristocracy, Enoch was educated at court and at Falscraf. Though his father wished him to join the Royal Frankenlischian Navy, he entered the army in 1740 as an Ensign of the Royal Foot Guards and served in the Balonic colonies and in Mount Zeon.
