Veles is an island in south-western Argis. It is separated from Argis to its east by the ??, to the west the Island of ??, to the south by the Ygros Sea, and to the north by the Sakspati Sea. Veles is the third-largest island of the ?? Isles, the 9th-largest in Argis.
Geopolitically, Veles is divided between the Kingdom of Gotneska (officially named The Island Territory of Mágædín), an independent state covering four-sixths of the island, and ??, which is part of the United Federation of Garindina. As of 2022, the population of the entire island is just over 9 thousand, with 6.7 thousand living in the Island Territory of Mágædín and 3 thousand in the East Veles Territory.
