Parallelism (Gaullican: Parallélisme) is a Councilist policy in which labor organizations and ideologically compliant elected officials are recognized as parallel, co-equal institutions with the proclaimed government of their host nations. Official governments are also treated in the same terms that they treat native labor organizations such that nations that limit or outlaw labor organizations are themselves considered hostile or pariahs in turn. Parallelism emerged from the emrgent attitude of mutual recognization enjoyed by North Euclean labor organizations which coalesced into several governments including the Valduvian primus inter pares councilist state.
