Lord Margus of Staalmark is a South Ottonian aristocrat. He is a member of both the royal House of Sproek-Kristhulm through his mother, Princess Vikturya of Ottonia and the cadet princely House of Trynt through his father, Duke Godwyn of Staalmark. He is 6th in line to the Ottonian crown, and is 2nd in line to the Principality of Staalmark.

Biography

Early Life

Margus Rikard Adolfus Trynt was born at HRH Storkenegyn Anna Memorial Hospital in San Mikel to Vikturya, Princess of Ottonia and her husband Godwyn of Staalmark on June 7th, 1990. At his birth, Margus was fifth-in-line to the Ottonian throne and third in line to the Principality of Staalmark. His uncle Crown Prince Rodrik and his wife, Ava Faramund were named Margus' godparents at his baptism on July 3rd, 1990.

Reportedly against his grandfather Adolfus' wishes, Margus, as well as the brood of brothers and sisters that soon joined him, was raised in San Mikel by his mother and father. This would not be the first time Godwyn would clash with his father over Margus' future. However, being raised in San Mikel allowed Margus to become close with his first cousin, Vitus, only a few months Margus' senior. The two were quickly inseparable.

Personal Life

Margus is close with both his first cousin, Vitus, Crown Prince of Ottonia and his younger brother, Henrik of Staalmark to a unique extent even relative to his other family members; Vitus was the best man at Margus' wedding.

Since he was forced to end his own burgeoning athletic career prematurely, Margus has become an avid fan of Staalburg Royal AC across all three sports it fields teams in: ice hockey, lacrosse, and association football.
