Lady Emilia of Onneria (born Emilia Serena Madalyn Heligsburg on May 20th, 1979) is a South Ottonian aristocrat and Draakuri government official. She is the youngest child of Prince Tomus of Onneria and Vikturya Romm, and the youngest sister of the current Prince of Onneria, Theodurik. She is also, at present, a member of the Draakuri Department of Foreign Affairs.
