Estrellita began her acting career in 2008 after participating in a variety of modeling sessions for both Mistica and Mosoco, as well as working as an exotic dancer while living in Sagaró. She was recognized by the Adult Media Enthusiasts Association as the industry's "top newcumer" and participated in 56 adult entertainment films between 2008 and 2013. In 2013, Estrellita petitioned in court to have her name legally changed from Maria Isabel Montoro to Estrellita Isabel Montoro. She was granted permission to legally changed her name by the courts that same year.
