Qazin, officially the Qazin Empire, is a nation in western Asia. It is bordered by Rabana and Lada to the northwest, Slava to the north, Ozbek to the east, and Magarsha by a small border to the southeast. It has a coast with Lake Kama and the Volga Gulf to the west, the Caspian Sea to the southwest, the Ashgaba Sea to the south, the Aral Sea to the southwest, the Krasnoyarsk Sea to the northeast, and the Ob Sea to the far northeast.

Qazin has continuously expanded its empire through nonviolent means since its creation in 2731. Peaceful annexation, corruption, and financial dependence have been the primary methods. Qazin has little political freedom, but maintains moderate civil liberties. Qazin is criticised often for its actions and low ratings of HRC-FS human rights while maintaining a controversial relationship with Magarsha. Unlike other nations in alliance with Magarsha, Qazin sustains its full independence from Magarshan corruption.

Qazin invests in many companies, currencies, and nations around the world and provides a variety of manufactured goods and petroleum products. Qazin is the world’s largest exporter of petroleum, despite its decline in use. Qazin manufactures many goods cheaply through use of legal cheap labour and energy.

Etymology

Qazin is named after the Caspian Sea, using the Rabanized form of Caspian. The Caspian Sea was named after the ancient Caspi group of peoples who lived in the southwest regions of the sea.
