The third Osborne ministry was a government of the Union of Esthursia, formed on 29 September, 2022, following the September 2022 Esthursian general election, in which the Social Democrats lost its majority - upon negotiating a coalition deal with Green-Left, it was returned to government for a third ministry. It was headed by Harold Osborne as forethane, and consisted of 27 members, 1 of whom was in the Ministers. This figure does not apply to the Ministry, the lower-rank of the cabinet.

The third Osborne ministry reduced the Osborne government to a coalition for the first time since its formation in 2015. It was dissolved on 29 September, 2022 after the September 2022 Esthursian general election, which renewed the coalition government.

Investiture

The fourth Osborne ministry was invested on the ninth of April 2022, balloting the coalition agreement of the Social Democrats and Green-Left. The Liberals refused to vote on the issue, abstaining en masse, while the Conservative Union opposed it.
