Javier Elías Aguados (April 23, 1923 – October 27, 1981) was a Madorian general and statesman, who chaired the Provisional Government of the Madorian Fifth Republic from May 23, 1968 to January 3, 1969. In 1971, he was elected as the 22nd President of Costa Madora, reinstating the TBE Constitution and establishing the Fifth Republic.
