The 2023 Supertoppen was the 91st season of Normark's second highest division of football competition. It began on 12 April 2023 and was concluded on 3 December 2023. Lakssund IK won the title and was directly promoted to Elitetoppen together with Sandfjord FK. Lakssund IK had been relegated from Elietoppen during the 2022 Elitetoppen, menwhile this was Sandfjord FK's first return to the top flight of normarkian football since 2005. OK Holm qualified from Supertoppen after beating Daal BK with 3-2 (2-0, 1-2). Meanwhile AIF Olavsborg, Trondkjer BK, Hakkonstad BK and Kristianhøjd-Mellomdaal IK all got regulated, with the former two teams getting regulated after failing to claim the two top spots in the qualification round robin and the two latter teams getting relegated straight down to Normark's third highest football divisions, Division 1. Margeretehavn United and IFK Walden got a direct promotion from Normark's Division 1 System, while Skogen AIF and Svartbjørnen United got promoted after qualifying.
