The Mulfulira First League, abbreviated MFL, is the top professional football league in Mulfulira and has been played in its current format since 1960. It is moderated by the Adula Football Confederation. Many players in MFL play on the Mulfulira national football team. There are currently 18 teams in the league. The league's seasons culminate in the playoff and finals, with the championship dubbed the Plateau Cup.
