Notius, officially the Pan-Notius Union of Communalist States (Ttkun: Nhlangano Ubuntu wa Nhosias), is a revolutionary communalist state covering the eponymous continent of Notius. Governed as a one-party federal republic, Notius is one of the world's least developed nations, and is plagued by poverty, instability, and internal conflict. Notius is home to two unrecognised de facto nations: the Holy Toarina Kingdom (declared by the Toarina Army of Alpan) and the Adan Communal Republic (declared by the Adan al-Nahda Party.
