Corey Charles Rodman (born June 3, 1994) is an American professional basketball player and point guard for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Considered to be one of the greatest players in NBA history, Rodman is a three-time NBA champion, two-time NBA Finals MVP, and a four-time NBA Most Valuable Player.
The son of former NBA player Dennis Rodman and Catherine, Princess Royal, a member of the British royal family, Rodman initially played on the collegiate level for the University of California, Los Angeles, before entering the NBA at twenty years old.
Selected as the nineteenth overall pick by the Chicago Bulls, his father's former team, Rodman achieved an impressive start to his career as he led the Chicago Bulls to their first championship since 1998, thereby winning the NBA Rookie of the Year award while also making history as the first son of a former NBA player to win the championship with the same team. In the following year, Rodman led Chicago Bulls to a second consecutive title by defeating the Golden State Warriors in a rematch of the previous final bout.
