Sultanah Rihana Petra (Jawi: ريحانة ڤيترا; née Oxana Andreevna Voevodina; born 10 July 1992) is the current Sultanah of Kelantan as the wife of Sultan Muhammad V.
Born in Russia as Oksana Voevodina, Rihana Petra initially found fame as a beauty queen, having been crowned Miss Moscow 2015. In 2018, she married Sultan Muhammad V, ruler of the Malaysian state of Kelantan, thereby becoming the first non-Malay consort. In addition, as per the traditional elective cycle, Rihana Petra is also expected to ascend to the throne as Raja Permaisuri Agong (Queen) of Malaysia by virtue of marriage to her husband, becoming the first non-Malay consort in Malaysian history. From their marriage, she is the mother of a child Tengku Ismail Leon Petra, the current Tengku Mahkota (crown prince) of Kelantan.
