Shen Borgisk, often referred to as Broga, is the second largest city of Kva Norale. With a population of 10,890,000 in the city limits as of 2022, Shen Borgisk is among the largest cities in the Badlands. It is a major commercial and military hub for the Imperium of Amador. As a melting point point of cultures, Shen Borigsk is an ethnically and culturally diverse melting pot of nonhuman and human populations. Froalfar are the primary population and dominate local political and economical institutions. Shen Borgisk is the secondary city of the Greater Romanov-Borgisk Metropolitan Area, the largest urban area in Kva Norale with more than 22,379,431 civilians and growing. Collectively, the RBMA contains over 60 % of the total population of the territorty.
She Borgisk lies near the northernmost point of the Pushnan Peninsula, where the Jakob's Harbo encompasses the shoreline, the busiest harbor in Kva Norale and a key military installation at Korvisk Naval Station.
The city proper is the second most built up area in the country after Grand Azura and is home to countless military bases and installations.
