Chancellor of Azureah

The Chancellor of Azureah is is the head of government and state of the United Republic of Azureah. Executive authority is vested in the Chancellor and his chosen Cabinet. The Chancellor has to be a member of one of the houses of bicameral The National Congress, alongside heading the respective house. The Chancellor controls the selection and dismissal of members of the Cabinet and allocation of posts to members within the government.The longest-serving Chancellor was Thomas Harrington who was the chancellor from 1910 to 1925. The Chancellor is elected and appointed in every five years. The Current Chancellor is William Clifford of National Conservatives Party.
