Salgon, officially the City of Salgon (Kjerso: Salgon Orden) is a city in northeast Yogania. It is located in the region of Kjerso, in the state of Bugan. It is the 6th largest city in Yogania and the third largest in Kjerso with a population of 11,205,343 million inhabitants (2020). Salgon is known internationally for being the city with the most skyscrapers in Europe, surpassing Bugan and Moscow with 301 skyscrapers taller than 150 meters. The city lies on the Buganheulen river, and it is only 100 kilometers away from the Buganollien mountains, one of the most popular touristic spots in Yogania. Salgon is part of the Byroder Plain Metropolitan Area, a cluster of big cities in the Bugan (state) area. The city is one of the major tourist hubs in Yogania, gaining 1,2 million visitors in 2019. Salgon is especially popular with tourists going to the Buganollien mountains for it´s proximity and due to being cheaper to travel to than the bigger neigboring Bugan. Another popular tourist attraction in Salgon is the Oriental Pearl Tower, built in 1995. It is considered the symbol of the city and attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors each year.
