The Independent High Electoral Commission (Rojadavi: Komîsyona Bilind a Serbixwe ya Hilbijartinan) is an independent, autonomous, permanent and constitutionally guaranteed body responsible for organizing and conducting elections for the office of president of Rojadavistan, the national parliament, provincial councils, district councils, local governments, and all referendums. The commission prepares electoral rolls, updates the voter list, and establishes polling locations. The body issues biometric voter cards to eligble voters to prevent electoral fraud. As per the principles laid out in the Constitution of Rojadavistan, the commission makes such arrangements as need to ensure the election is conducted honestly, justly, fairly.
