Byeansk Political Parties

Byennordvest has a multi party system in which there are two main political parties the Sentrumparti who are currently in a four party coalition and the Tradisjonaliner party. It is extremely unlikely and unusual for parties to win absolute majorities in Byennordvest and so parties usually form coalitions of two parties or more. For the past 20 years the pendulum of power has swung between the Sentrumparti and Konservativ party. Elections are scheduled for December 2024. The current Prime Minister Runa Höelff has announced she is stepping down as Sentrumparti leader.
