Refugiun Terra Libera, commonly known as Terralibra Refugia or simply Refugia is a country located in Cuda on the planet Null bordering Zonurra and Mairala in the west, Patria in the south and Pădure, Aşezare, and Dalregn in the east.
Alvegmun is the administrative capital of Refugia while the largest city is Vimata. Although the overall percentage of the urban population is quite low of only 44,389%, the urbanization rate is on a sharp rise. Only two cities exceed a quarter million residents. The overall population has been on a decline with many people seeking foreign countries which could have been caused by a lower standard of living with an HDI of 0.732 ranking the lowest on the continent despite the best Gini ratio in the world of 21.8. People are also displeased with immense governmental interference, its excessive bureaucracy, regulation, and dysfunctional welfare state.
