Overspace
Overspace is a method of interstellar travel in the Talin Galaxy. Overspace can only be reached by traveling at or faster than the speed of light. Overdrives enable starships to travel through overspace routes across great distances, enabling travel and exploration throughout the galaxy.

Drives
Drives are the most common form of overspace travel. Drives are a propulsion system that allow a starship to reach light-speed and traverse overspace routes. As such, drives were a key instrument in shaping galactic society, trade, politics, and war.
The overdrive requires a functional overdrive motivator or generator to operate. The vessel then travels along a programmed course until it drops back into normal space at its destination. An overdrive only functions to keep a vessel in overspace, and should a hyperdrive be forcibly deactivated or destroyed during transit, the ship can be violently and instantly pulled back into space.
