Chaixis

Chaixis is a planet located in the remote TBD. It is situated in the Chaix system which is a binary star system. Chaixis orbits two stars, Balan and Polavle. Balan is a G-type star which generates most of the warmth in the system. The second star, Poalavle, is a M-type star, it is much colder. All celestial objects within the system eliptically orbit the two stars. Chaixis is the only habitable planet in the Chaix system. It has one moon, Vertan.
Chaixis is visually stunning, a blend of red and purple. Its rotation around the two stars affects the climate which adapts to the interchangeable distance between the planet and two stars. It is the homeworld of the Shahru species, the only planet with a sizeable population of those saurian people.
Description
Overview
Chaixis is most commonly known for two reasons: its reddish hue and the large-scale shipbuilding facilities orbiting the planet. The planet is ruled by the Forgelord and run by the Artificer Guilds. Many companies such as Chaixis Starworks, Apex Solutions and Viridblaze make use of its shipyards. Other companies like Omnimech Galactic and HoverCore Industries utilize the foundries based on the planet's surface which are less extensive, but nevertheless significant. They have harmonious relationship with the Artificer Guilds of Chaixis which outsource skilled Shahru engineers who undertake the projects assigned to them.
The population consists of two species: Humans and Shahru.
