Xera Cagg and Tal Cagg (born 2993 AHT) are twins who were born on the Outer Band backwater of Ringama. They were enlisted by dissident Jastre Ainsspel and sided with a faction including Mikha Celath, Theron Voss, and the Crescent Underground led by Kalin Drev to overthrow the Obsidian Hand's control of Ringama. This culminated in the faction's assault on Mymag's spaceport, which forced the Obsidian Hand to cede the planet to the revolution.
