The 13th Yellow Southern Hegemon (Full name: ᠢᠢᠰᠤ ᠺᠦ᠋ᠣᠺᠦ᠋ᠤᠸᠧᠨ ᠨᠢ ᠭᠧᠺᠭᠧ; Cloelius-Arellius: Yisuh Kuohkuohjen-ni-Gerge), also known by her art name Yugeming (ᠤᠤᠭᠧᠮᠢᠩ; Cloelius-Arellius: Yuhgerminq) is the current reigning Southern Hegemon of the Great and Illustrious Meng. Following the death of the 12th Yellow Northern Hegemon on 6 October, 2018, the 13th Yellow Northern Hegemon was elected as the Northern Hegemon by the Throne Guardianship Council, making Yugeming the Southern Hegemon. This election makes Yugeming the youngest reigning monarch in Zhou history, and the youngest to ascend the throne since the 37th Vermilion Northern Hegemon (12 years, 3 months, 23 days) in 1702.

Born in 1992, she is the eldest daughter of Chagadai Khan, chief of the powerful and influential Chahiagiin Clan, and his third wife Altansarnai. Yugeming was raised within the harem of Tsagadai by numerous nannies and ladies-in-waiting. While in the harem, she was educated by private tutors where she learned the feminine studies of reading, writing, arts, and sciences. When she was around the age of 10, she was betrothed to her future husband who's father was the acting Marshal-Protector of Xiyu. Following the couple's betrothal, Yugeming would leave her father's harem and spend the remainder of her childhood in the Imperial harem. After completing her secondary education, Yugeming took the Imperial examination and obtained a Liinsheng degree.
