}} Annette Anadottir (born 20 April 1995) is a Crylantian singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Originally from Aversi, Anadottir grew up in a musical family and studied Music at the University of Lentini, gaining a first-class degree in 2016.
While still a student at Lentini, Anadottir released her first song, "I byen", online. The song gained popularity, being compared by some to the works of Daile for its minimalist, electronic song. It was a moderate hit in Crylante, peaking at 19 on the charts and receiving some airplay. Her next song, "Prøve", was a breakthrough hit, receiving significant airplay and becoming a top 5 hit within Crylante, all without the backing of a major label.
In June 2016, as she finished her degree, she was signed to Hygge Records, an independent record label based out of Glostrup, Crylante, who in October released her debut EP, Annette, featuring her previous two songs. The EP was a commercial success, reaching number 1 on the album chart on 25 November.
In 2017, she released the single "Ring mig ikke længere", which charted at number 2 and was the lead single for her next EP, Lad Det Hele Gå. The EP debuted at number 1, making it her second project to top the charts. It spawned two more successful singles, "Kære politikere" and "Ikke forelsket".
In 2018, Anadottir recorded the theme for the Christmas TV movie Blod til Juledag, a piano ballad called Er du der?. The song became the Juledag number 1 of 2018, and was followed by the single Sven, both of which would later appear on her 2019 debut album, Er du der?, which would become her third chart topper on the Crylantian album charts.
Anadottir lives in Lentini, and has used her platform to spread awareness for causes such as climate change and homelessness.
