The 2019–20 Navish Superliga is the 62nd season of the league since its unification in 1958. Bersk SK are the defending champions after lifting their 11th title within the 2018-19 season.

The season begins on 16th of August and will end on the 24th of May 2020. It will be the first season within the Navish top-flight to utilise the Video assistant referee referee system or VAR.

Teams

Twenty teams will compete within the league, with three having been promoted up from the Konet Liga B, the second tier of the Navish footballing pyramid. The promoted teams were: Lesere, Besborg, and Nodevag 66. Lesere, who were promoted as champions of K-Liga B return to the top-flight after being religated for the first time, Besborg returns to the top-flight for the first time since the 2000-2001 season. Nodevag 66 succeeded in gaining promotion through the K-Liga B playoffs after defeating Melby. Nodevag 66 will play in the top-flight for the first time since the 1996-1997 season.
