The 2019-20 Labour Party leadership election will be held in Ordennya between 20 December 2019 and 20 January 2020, to elect a new Leader of the Labour Party, following the resignation of Josephine Petersson.

Procedure

In order to stand, candidates need to be nominated by 15% of the Parliamentary Labour Party, currently 13 MPs. All members and affiliated supporters of the Labour Party will be able to vote, as will members of Trade Unions affiliated to the Labour Party.
