Introduction
The foreign relations of the Englean Kaiserreich are the responsibility of His Imperial Majesty's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (known alternatively as the Imperial Foreign Ministry), which is currently headed by Foreign Minister (Außenminister) Wilhelm von Richter.
