Xavian City is the third-largest city in Gjorka and the tourism capital of Gjorka. It is the only of the five major cities to host a Forward Gjorka Mayor, Theresa Kanda, who won by just 500 votes. However, the Council of the City has a Gjorka United majority. The City hosts many well preserved Historical Seats such as the temple of Giok.
