The West Phoenician Security Intelligence Organisation (WPSIO) is the national security service of West Phoenicia, which is responsible for the protection of the country and its citizens from espionage, sabotage, acts of foreign interference, politically motivated violence, attacks on the West Phoenician Defence system, domestic terrorism and international terrorism.
WPSIO officers are exempt from prosecution for a wide range of illegal activities in the course of conducting "operations".
This means they may carry arms, detain people, or carry out a wide variety of other ordinarily illegal acts in the course of operations.
The WPSIO National Central Office is located in Melbourne-Haven, Jackson. There is four sub offices, classed as north, south, east and west national regions and each city-state has a local bureau also.
A $100 million Central Office, named the Amun-Ra Building was officially opened by Emperor Glenton Gryphon-Bush II in 2014.
