Jacob Novski Morgan was born on January 6th 1977 in Fort Handel, New Gandor. Living with his mother, father, and sister. His interest in law came about when his father was wrongly convicted and put into jail for murder.

He started his quest to prove his dad innocent by going to college at New Union University of Law at the age of 18. He graduated there in 4 years, and then joined the military as an officer.

Given his experience in law he was assigned to the New Gandorian 2nd Military Police Unit. After re-signing and serving a second tour with the Military Police he was given a job as a New Gandorian Federal Marshal.

Durring this time he opened the case against his dad and found some flaws in the investigation. 3 years later he was able to personally arrest the man who had evaded justice, and had passed the blame onto his father. He greeted his father after so many years and he carries a photo taken of him hugging his father on that day.

After some time with the Marshals, Edward Thompson chose him as his running mate in the 2016 election.

When Thompson passed away from a heart attack on September 26, 2019, Morgan took over as President. He is looking for re-election in mid 2020.
