The Military Command Council for National Restoration, or simply the Military Command Council is a rebel coalition of several Tulossa loyalist factions fighting in the Tulossa Loyalist Insurgency. The group was formed to unify loyalist units in an effort to challenge the Lyoan government on a larger scale. So far, not much else is known about the group.
