The Liberal-Populist Party (Lec: Karno Ulubionczi-Libéralno, KUL) was a liberal political party in Odissian-occupied Lecistan and the Republic of Lecistan. It was founded by liberal activists from the National Party in 1902, before merging back into the National Party after the independence of the Republic of Lecistan in 1945.

The party was founded in 1902 in Párma as a more centrist grouping to the National Party. It gained a relatively sizable following in Lec-inhabited areas after the First Great War, but was more or less appeased by granting Lecistan semi-autonomy, and never pursued full independence. In 1945, the party lost most of its support after Lecistan's independence, and soon merged into the National Party in the same year.

The party's platform emphasized a classical liberal economy and minor social conservatism, but was more a vehicle for populists and never had a unified platform.
