Sharkdonian Government Departments

The Sharkdonian Government exercises it's authority through a large number of government departments or organizations. A department is composed of employed officials, known as civil administrators, and is politically accountable by the Secretary of State. Most major departments are headed by a Director, who serves in the Executive Branch as an adviser to the Supreme Leader, and typically supported by a team of assistant directors.
