Lee Saemin (Zhenian: 이세민/李世民) is a Zhenian politician who is the 16th and current Chancellor of Zhenia since 2018.

Born in Sinsa-gu, Daedo in 1953, Lee Saemin graduated from the University of Daedo, with a Diploma in Economics, summa cum laude. He served in the Greater Eastern Union Defense Forces from 1978 to 2000, during which he gained additional diplomas in the Greater Eastern Union National Military Academy and rose to the rank of lieutenant general. After winning his first election for the Special City Administrator of Daedo in 2001, he became the first Special City Administrator to be re-elected since the November Revolution. After serving his term as the Sangseowon Representative for Daedo's Ma Electoral District from 2012 to 2017, he won the election for Chancellor on October 21, 2017.
