The 12th Blackhelm Confederate Infantry Division represents the ISBC's commitment to the rebuilding and security of the state of South Lolomz. The ground forces are supported by the 14th Air Expeditionary Wing, which operates out of Willow Grove Air Force Base. In addition to these forces, the men of the Blackhelm Confederate army are supported by 10,000 members of the Commoner League PMC.
