Philipp Wilfried Euler (born 7 June 1975) is a Vierz politician and political consultant. He has been the Head of the Chancellery since 2016. He is a member of the National Committee of the National Democratic Party, the party's eleven-member executive body.

Euler was born in Schattendorf in 1975. He attended the University of Nalbach and the Constantine Imperial University of Adtrus, studying political science and public administration. He worked for the conservative Wallner Institute in Adtrus before joining the National Democratic Party in 2004. He worked on the campaign staff as an advisor for numerous NDP campaigns into the 2010s.

In 2016, Euler was appointed Head of the Chancellery by Chancellor Kaspar Vahl. He has been described as a "close confidant" of Vahl and a member of his inner circle. A 2018 Der Globus report called him a "political fixer" with "close ties to the NDP elite in Adtrus." Euler has identified himself as a traditional conservative and a nationalist.
