The Minister-President of Poliania (Volynian: Ⰿⰻⱀⰻⱄⱅⰰⱃ-Ⱂⱃⰵⰴⱄⰵⰴⰰⱅⰵⰾ ⱀⰰ Ⱂⱁⰾⰵⱀⰻⱑ tr. Minístǎr-Predsedátel na Poljénija) is the head of government and the de facto chief executive of Poliania. The office of Minister-President was established in its current form in the 1935 Constitution, following the nation's defeat in the Great War, and has its origins with the previous 1869 constitution.

The current holder is Ilijana Valčeva, who was elected in 2015 and then re-elected in 2018. She is the first woman to be elected Minister-President in the history of the office.

The office is elected by the Assembly of the Land, following a nomination by the Monarch, via a vote of confidence . In practice, the leader of the largest party in the Assembly is almost always elected as Minister-President.
