Talamon a closed project alt-Earth based around reversing the ethno-linguistic continuum of Europe. Additionally, the new world is greatly reduced in scope, excluding the possibility of post-colonial super-power in the western hemisphere. The two world powers are the Russian speaking islanders of Zavolnia and the English speaking continental state Atheloria.
