New Victoria is a state in the central Skaolitunia. New Victoria was one of the original colonies that formed Skaolitunia. With more than 15 million residents in 2019, it is the fourth-most-populous state. To distinguish it from New Victoria City, which is the largest city in the state, it is sometimes referred to as the Province of New Victoria.
