Joint Research, Production and Special Projects Command

Main article: Joint Defense Base Elizabeth Island

The Joint Research, Production and Special Projects Command is responsible for the research and development of new technologies for the Naniskan People's Armed Forces.

Unlike most commands, units will not be assigned from the different service branches to the command. Personnel will be taken from the service branches and assigned to the command or in the case of civilian employees, they can either be assigned from a service branch to the command or hired directly.
