The Royal Radictistan Army Special Operations Command is a top-level command of the Royal Radictistan Army responsible for overseeing the organization, training, and operational use of army special operations forces. It is the only combat command of the Royal Radictistan Army which has a non-territorial jurisdiction. Special operations forces have historically played a small role in Radictistani doctrine and as a consequence RRASOCOM has suffered from a lack of purpose and often comes behind other operating commands during periods of budgetary conflict.

The seven Ranger Battalions are the main striking element of RRASOC. The primary missions for which these units train are special reconnaissance, counter-reconnaissance, raiding operations, and personnel recovery. All personnel assigned to the Ranger Battalions are parachute-qualified and the battalions regularly practice company and battalion-sized airdrops. Five of the seven battalions are comprised of personnel on active duty while the other two are made up of reservists.

Two Special Forces Support Battalions each comprise of an intelligence company, combat engineering company, a forward observers/forward air controller company, and a training company. Individual platoons and companies are deployed in support of Ranger operations. The training companies provide qualified instructors for training of special operations candidates.
Psychological Warfare Battalions

Each Psychological Warfare Battalion contains four line companies. Each company is capable of undertaking the full spectrum of psychological operations from leaflet delivery to loudspeaker operations to HF/VHF broadcasting. Psychological warfare units are capable of deploying by platoon, company, and battalion in support of special operations forces or conventional army units.
Special Forces Aviation
While virtually all army aviation units and certain RRAF squadrons can operate in support of special operations units, RRASOCOM has its own helicopter and unmanned aircraft units for reasons of enhanced interoperability.
47 Special Aviation Regiment
47 Special Aviation Regiment is the primary aviation support unit. Three of the regiment's four squadrons are assigned to the close support/tactical transport role with AH-6J and Ka-60 aircraft. The fourth squadron flies RQ-7B remotely piloted aircraft in the reconnaissance role.
54 Independent Aviation Regiment
54 Independent Aviation Regiment operates the Mi-26 heavy lift helicopter in support of special operations forces.
55 Independent Aviation Regiment
55 Independent Aviation Regiment is a reserve unit operating the Mi-26 in support of special operations forces.
