The T-290 is a Tarsan anti-ship missile first unveiled in 2000 by Alderia Armaments. The T-330 and T-290 enjoy small radar reflectivity, low attack flight path (only five to seven meters above the sea surface) and strong anti-jamming capabilities of its guidance system, target ships have a very small chance of intercepting the missile. The single shot hit probability of the T-330 and T-290 is estimated to be as high as 98%. The T-290 however was designed specifically for small attack craft and it's reduced range is to compensate for its smaller size, however the T-290 has been found to have increased mobility compared to it's larger counter-part.
