Lucius

Lucius is the largest city in Frankenstein Islands. The city is named Lucius after a wizard who helped the nation when no one else could. The nation was about to die out but he gave us food, money and necessities that they needed until they could survive without his help becuase the people had some of the purest blood he has ever known even though they are wizards. The people of Frankenstein Islands knew of the Wizardnig world from the very start seeing as Salazar Slytherin lived in the nation. Lucius Malfoy was born in 1954 and was a pure-blood wizard, and son of Abraxas Malfoy. He was also the husband of Narcissa Black and the father of Draco Malfoy. Lucius was attended school at Hogwarts, where he was a prefect in Slytherin House. As an adult, Lucius strongly believed in notions of blood purity and the superiority of pure-blood wizards. He joined the Death Eaters, who shared his views on blood purity, and participated in the First Wizarding War.
